all inclusive Fitness
The German fitness industry is entering a new phase: The studio groups all inclusive Fitness and FIT STAR are joining forces. Subject to antitrust approval, the planned merger in autumn 2025 will create one of the largest fitness providers in Germany – and the largest in Bavaria.
all inclusive Fitness on a Clear Expansion Path
Through this acquisition, all inclusive Fitness will expand its network by an additional 20 studios and increase group revenue by approximately EUR 40 million. The total number of locations will grow to 160, with around 610,000 members and approximately 2,750 employees. This marks a major step toward the strategic goal of becoming the leading provider in the premium value segment – operating 250 clubs nationwide with more than one million members by 2028.
“This merger is a milestone in our vision to make high-quality fitness accessible to people at every stage of life, while continuing our company’s growth journey,” says Stephan Schulan, CEO of all inclusive Fitness. “We are not only expanding our network, but also creating new training opportunities and inspiring community experiences.”
Reliability for Members
For the approximately 140,000 members of FIT STAR, everything will initially remain unchanged: prices, opening hours, teams, training programs, and the Ladies Areas will all continue as usual. At the same time, members will benefit from a broader range of offerings – including innovative formats such as Hyrox, functional training, and community-focused events. The brand integration of FIT STAR is planned for completion by Q2 2026. Until then, existing studios will continue to operate under the FIT STAR brand.
“It’s important to us that our members can count oncontinuity – while also enjoying fresh momentum in what we offer,” says Andreas Bauer, founder and former Managing Director of FIT STAR. “We are actively supporting the transition and look forward to operating under the umbrella of all inclusive Fitness.”
The transaction was supported on behalf of NORD Holding by Maximilian Frey, Moritz Stolp and Niklas Thoma.
