NORD Holding creates Multi-Public-Cloud-Group by investment in Cloudwürdig, Innovations ON and DI-ON.solutions

NORD Holding's investment marks the establishment of a 100 % public cloud focused platform for cloud transformation services as well as "managed public cloud" services.
NORD Holding acquires the majority of the three public cloud service providers Cloudwürdig, Innovations On and DI-ON.solutions. In addition, the investment into another founding member of the platform is about to be finalized and expected to close within the next eight weeks. The management teams will reinvest significant equity stakes and remain in leadership positions within the newly formed group under the leadership of experienced industry executive Oliver Schallhorn.
The platform addresses the rapidly growing market for cloud managed service solutions and focuses primarily on midmarket as well as enterprise customers. The cloud-native founding members combine expertise in all relevant hyperscalers such as Amazon Web Services (Innovations ON as AWS Advanced Consulting Partner), Google Cloud (Cloudwürdig as Google Cloud Premier Partner) and Microsoft Azure (competence will be established shortly). On the one hand, the current solutions portfolio, consisting of cloud managed services, cloud consulting, cloud-native application development as well as work transformation, will be significantly expanded organically. On the other hand, the newly founded group will serves as an ideal platform to pursue an active acquisition strategy of selected cloud vendors and solutions.
