Kaulvers joins NORD Holding Supervisiory Board


Bremer Landesbank CEO Dr. Stephan-Andreas Kaulvers (50),has joined, effective January 1, the Supervisory Board of NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Hannover. He succeeds Bodo Rimpler, who following his departure from the Bremer Landesbank Management Board at the end of 2006 also resigned his seat on the NORD Holding Supervisory Board.

Kaulvers has been CEO of the Bremer Landesbank, a shareholder of the NORD Holding, since April 1. 2006. Previously he was a member of the Dresdner Bank Management Board.
