BestFit is a leading provider in the premium value fitness segment in Germany. The group was formed in 2020 by the merger of Jumpers Fitness and Ai Fitness. BestFit currently operates 140 studios with well over 400,000 members, mainly in southern and western Germany, and employs approximately 1500 people. In addition to state-of-the-art equipment in central locations, both brands offer their members a familiar and pleasant training atmosphere.

The increasing importance of a healthy and conscious lifestyle supports the growing customer demand and offers further potential for the largest regional fitness market in Europe.
NORD Holding’s Participation
NORD Holding has been supporting the Jumpers Group, founded in 2008, since 2013 on its way to becoming a leading provider in the premium value fitness segment in southern Germany. Based on a proven concept with a convincing price/performance ratio and modern locations the number of studios has increased from 10 to currently 140 and the number of members from approx. 20,000 to almost 400,000 since NORD Holding's entry into the market. Through the merger with Ai Fitness, founded in 2003, NORD Holding is initiating the next phase of growth which now focuses primarily on inorganic growth.
