Intern - Direct Investments Mid Cap
We are a leading European Private Equity Manager. Our direct investment mid-cap team focuses on growing and profitable medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. The focus here is on the healthcare, technology & software, smart industries and business services sectors. Your Role
Would you like to further develop your professional know-how at a leading Private Equity Manager within 3 months? NORD Holding enables you to take on the perspective of an investment professional as part of an exciting internship.
- Supporting deal teams with ongoing transactions
- Carrying out market, industry and competition analyses
- Support with due diligence activities
- Analysis and modelling of company data (balance sheets, income statement, cash flow)
- Active participation in preparing investment decisions
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in at least the 4th semester or master's degree with a commercial or technical background at a renowned university/business school
- First internships in the areas of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction or Management Consulting
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and affinity for SMEs
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
