Accounting
We are a leading European Private Equity Manager. Since 1969, we have been successfully investing in small- anf medium-sized growth companies. In addition to our traditional direct investments, we have also been active as a European fund investor since 2000. We currently have 4 billion Euros in assets under management. Our investors include banks, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices.
Your Role
As part of a team with two other colleagues, you will responsible for all accounting topics and in close cooperation with the controlling and investment teams. You will report directly to the CFO and management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounting support for several corporations and partnerships
- Accounting management of financial fixed assets
- Processing of payment transactions
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation of annual financial statements and support for auditors
- Preparation and maintenance of statistics
Your Profile
- Completed business administration training or studies
- Degree in finance/accounting or similar qualification
- Good knowledge of accounting-related differences between corporations and partnerships
- Excellent understanding of numbers
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in working with DATEV or similar systems
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
