NORD Holding invests in Silvester Group and sustainabill

The two companies join forces with VERSO to form the leading European software and consulting provider for sustainability management and reporting
Hanover/Hamburg/Cologne/Munich. Following its investment in ESG software pioneer VERSO, NORD Holding continues its comprehensive ESG initiative by investing in Hamburg-based Silvester Group and Cologne-based sustainabill. The three companies will be combined under the majority shareholding of NORD Holding. VERSO is a provider of ESG management software and services, while Silvester Group advises and guides clients on corporate, ESG and financial strategy, communication, and reporting. The cloud platform of sustainabill increases the transparency and sustainability of supply chains.
By combining the three companies, NORD Holding creates a leading provider for sustainability management and reporting with a holistic solution "Made in Germany", from which more than 200 active customers are already benefiting today. In addition to the organic development of competencies in all areas of sustainability, strategic add-ons are sought via synergistic acquisitions.

Since November 2022 the investment is managed by the NORD Holding Business Services and Software team and underlines the sector competence in the area of technology-enabled services. On behalf of NORD Holding, the transactions were executed by Christian Moritz Kukwa, Moritz Stolp and Kornelius Karl Komischke.
