NORD Holding expands Public Cloud Group with acquisition of LNW-Soft
Following the recently completed acquisition of Miracle Mill AG, the Public Cloud Group (PCG) is continuing its expansion strategy. By acquiring LNW-Soft, PCG further completes its portfolio offering in the strategic area of SAP cloud infrastructure services.
"The surging demand of public cloud infrastructure solutions for the SAP environment of upper midmarket and enterprise customers represents a massive market potential. With LNW-Soft as part of PCG, we continue to strategically position ourselves and accompany customers in their transformation through a comprehensive public cloud concept. We are very pleased that Lénárd Buday and his team are joining PCG as they are a hidden champion in the SAP environment," says Christoph Grunewald, Investment Manager of NORD Holding.
The new capabilities of LNW-Soft enable PCG to support customers in the transition from grown, highly complex SAP landscapes to a lean, agile and future-proof cloud infrastructure. Founder Lénárd Buday and second managing director Raphael Schiller will remain with the company in executive positions and will continue to shape the growth with the more than 20 employees.
PCG supports customers in their digital transformation with a 100% focus on public cloud technologies. With the acquisition of LNW-Soft, the Public Cloud Group has completed the next building block towards becoming an end-to-end multi-public cloud service partner. PCG, now more than 300 experts, not only supports diverse customers and industry leaders in the planning and execution of cloud projects, but also accompanies them in the long-term with managed cloud operations and services.
Buday explains, "We are very excited to become part of the 'PCG' growth story. By joining PCG, we are bundling competencies, expanding our portfolio offering with managed services to further tap market potential. Both our customers and our team will benefit from this."
The investment was carried out by the Software & IT Services team of NORD Holding and underlines the sector competence in IT services.
On behalf of NORD Holding, the transaction was executed by Andreas Bösenberg, Christoph Grunewald and Dominik Bronstering.
