Following the recently completed acquisition of Miracle Mill AG, Public Cloud Group (PCG) is continuing its expansion strategy. With the acquisition of LNW-Soft, PCG is further rounding off its portfolio of strategic SAP cloud infrastructure services.

LNW-Soft's acquired expertise enables PCG to support customers in the transition from established, highly complex SAP landscapes to a lean, agile and sustainable cloud infrastructure. Founder Lénárd Buday and second managing director Raphael Schiller will remain with the company in management positions and will continue to shape its growth with more than 20 employees.

PCG supports customers in their digital transformation with a 100% focus on public cloud technologies. With the acquisition of LNW-Soft, Public Cloud Group has completed the next step towards becoming an end-to-end multi-public cloud service partner. PCG's now over 300 experts not only support a wide range of companies and industry leaders in planning and executing cloud projects, but also support them in the long term as operating partners with managed cloud operations.

The investment was carried out by NORD Holding's Software & IT Services team and underlines sector expertise in the area of IT services.

On the part of NORD Holding, the transaction was implemented by Andreas Bösenberg, Christoph Grunewald and Dominik Bronstering.
