Heizkurier Group acquires pellet pioneer Suter Group and positions itself as market leader for equipment-as-a-service of mobile heating solutions in the DACH region

Heizkurier Group is expanding its group portfolio with the Swiss Suter Group and is thus positioning itself as the market leader for equipment-as-a-service for mobile heating solutions in the DACH region. With the acquisition, NORD Holding is consistently implementing the strategy developed at the time of the Heizkurier acquisition with regard to growth and focus on sustainable technology. The joint group employs around 180 people at 17 locations in the DACH region and has the largest and most technologically advanced equipment pool for mobile heating applications. Both companies distinguish themselves to their customers through highest service quality and availability. The joint group benefits from considerable synergies from Suter's innovative pellet technology as well as Heizkurier Group's extensive market access in the DACH region. This enables an ideal positioning to benefit from the megatrend towards energetic renovation in the building sector. In addition, other relevant application areas exist in the fields of construction heating and drying, industrial heating, agriculture, emergencies and events. The existing management and the founders of Suter participate in the merger.
Suter Group is a pioneer in the field of green pellet technology and rents efficient and environmentally friendly hot air and hot water systems to its customers as a one-stop shop. Suter's modern rental system park includes more than 500 mobile pellet heaters with an output of 50 to 1,000 kW. Driven by sustainable trends such as increased efficiency requirements and climate neutrality in the building sector, the expansion of district heating and energy-efficient renovation in the building sector, both Heizkurier and Suter have experienced dynamic growth in recent years. Mobile heat is of essential importance in this context, as it ensures a seamless energy supply and thus enables compliance with the ambitious political goals ("bridging to green").

The joint group aims at further internationalisation as well as the expansion of the mobile cooling business.
On the part of NORD Holding, the transaction was implemented by Philipp von Mitzlaff, Maximilian Frey, Marcel Rosengarten and Nicolas Eidenmüller.

Since 2007, Heizkurier has established itself as a leading rental and sales provider of mobile heating and cooling solutions.
