NORD Holding acquired the BOCK Group from MDAX Group GEA as part of a carve-out. A significant added value is to bring BOCK back into operational independence in order to be able to react optimally to market developments and customer needs as a dynamic medium-sized company. In addition, the global sales organization is to be further professionalized and expanded.
