Public Cloud Group: NORD Holding's Cloud Group accelerates international expansion with acquisition of Swiss Miracle Mill AG

One year after establishing the Public Cloud Group (PCG), the Swiss company Miracle Mill becomes part of the fast-growing group and expands its service offering in the strategically important area of cloud-native application and software development. NORD Holding supports PCG’s expansion by entering the Swiss and Swedish markets through Miracle Mill. With employees at additional locations in North Macedonia and Bulgaria, Miracle Mill forms PCG's development hub.

PCG supports customers in their digital transformation with its public cloud-only focus. The gained competencies of Miracle Mill in the area of cloud-native software development and the potential to scale significantly from 100 to over 200 employees in the next few years will support PCG's growth towards 500 employees.
With the acquisition of Miracle Mill, the Public Cloud Group has taken the next step towards a comprehensive multi-public cloud service portfolio. Co-founder and CEO Andreas Öhrvall and COO Marija Anastasovska will remain with the group in senior positions, while co-founder Stefan Perdal leaves the company in the course of the transaction.

The investment was carried out by the Software & IT Services team of NORD Holding and underlines the sector competence in IT services.
