NORD Holding sells Konzelmann to the Oetinger Group

Since being acquired by NORD Holding at the beginning of 2004 Konzelmann has been able to significantly benefit from the high market growth in secondary aluminium and boost profitability. Konzelmann's current production capacity is more than 150.000 t of secondary aluminium and with turnover of more than € 230 mil. is the third largest aluminium recycling company in Europe, behind the Oetinger Group. Together both companies boast a production capacity well above 300.000 tons.
