NORD Holding sells KiKxxl to management

KiKxxl was founded in 1999 by the once again majority shareholder and managing director Andreas Kremer. In 2009 the company was able to attract NORD Holding as a strong partner to secure sustainable business growth. Since then the company has developed extremely positively with an annual growth of around 30 percent and a current turnover of approximately € 40 million. Next to the existing locations in Osnabrück (headquarters) and Bremen, two new locations were opened in Dortmund and Bochum increasing the number of employees from 617 in 2009 to 1,600 today. "We are pleased that we can look back on six remarkably successful years together with the management team," commented Matthias Kues, management spokesman for NORD Holding.
KiKxxl is one of the largest owner-managed call centres in Germany. As a fully integrated and responsible partner in all communication and customer contact processes, KiKxxl has been supervising phone, post, fax, email and SMS services as well as sales, technical support, order processing and customer care for the customers and interested parties of notable companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, mobilcom-debitel, E-Plus, EWE TEL, Gerry Weber and RWE for more than 15 years.
We are very confident that the management team at KiKxxl and the two managing directors Andreas Kremer and Erden Yildirim will successfully continue the impressive growth trajectory.
