NORD Holding sells Heytex Bramsche GmbH to DBAG

NORD/LB reduces share from forty percent to five percent.
The NORD Holding Private Equity company starts 2013 with a change in shareholder structure.
At the turn of the year NORD/LB finalised the sale of its shares to three occupational pension funds, with each fund purchasing ten percent each. In the transaction the Hanover Insurance Group (VGH) increased its overall share from ten to fifteen percent.
Against the background of increased international capital requirements for banks NORD/LB put all corporate investments to the test and had previously sold shares in Berenberg Bank, Deka Bank and Berlin Hyp."Even with NORD/LB's investment in NORD Holding now being reduced to five percent, we will continue to work together successfully, because, regardless of the percentage ratios, we still have several common business approaches in the future", stressed NORD Holding managing director Kues.
