NORD Holding sells Alsitan to the Management

Alsitanwww.alsitan.com) is a pharmaceutical company that sells over the counter herbal drugs and dietary supplements through health food stores, as a contractual producer for neuform and through drugstores.
After being acquired by Nord Holding and Mr. Specht sen. in 1998 in a buy-in from the previous family owners, the company has more than doubled turnover to € 14 mil. Alsitan is thus a prime example of a successfully implemented successor issue in a medium sized company, whereby with the support of NORD Holding the company has been able to strategically re-position itself, develop its operative business and transfer to a new business dynasty.
