KiKxxl takes NORD Holding on board to support further growth

The Osnabrück call center is thus opening up the next growth phase.
The business history of KiKxxl GmbH makes impressive reading. Within a short space of time the company, founded in 1999, has established itself as a specialist provider for outbound services.
For the current fiscal year KiKxxl expects to generate sales of approx. €19.0 mil. with a headcount of 750. In addition to its headquarters in Osnabrück the company has a subsidiary in Bremen.
"Compelling for this development is the fact that reliability and quality are the core focus of our daily activity. These principles will continue to be the mainstay of our business relationships" stated Andreas Kremer, managing partner of KiKxxl GmbH, summing up the success story.
In order to continue to build on the company's past growth into the future the company intends to boost organic growth through targeted acquisitions of other specialist call centers.
"In NORD Holding we have found a partner in a position to implement our strategy, who understands the SME market and who reads from the same page," added Kremer.
Currently KiKxxl has a workforce of 750 at its Osnabrück and Bremen sites. As one of the largest communications service providers in North Germany the call center has been supporting the customers of well-known enterprises such as vodafone, mobilcom-debitel, T-Mobile, T-Home, Kabel BE, EWE TEL, Vorwerk, Gerry Weber, Douglas, Kaffee Partner, etc. for more than 10 years. As a responsible business partner KiKxxl is fully integrated in all communication and customer contact processes: from telephone through letter post, fax, email and SMS; as well as marketing, technical support, order processing right through to customer support.
KiKxxl is a dynamic and above all customer oriented company with a highly motivated and qualified workforce that appreciates the importance of responding flexibly and speedily to the demands of each client. Time-consuming decision-making and communication channels are unknown at the company. KiKxxl GmbH therefore offers an ideal platform for organic and inorganic growth.
