We support our portfolio companies as an active shareholder and sparring partner. Our focus for many years has been on medium-sized sector funding (expansion stage funding) and succession profiles (e.g. MBO/MBI).
Being an active shareholder for us means that the operating business of the portfolio company remains in the hands of the corresponding management as well as responsibility for the company and that we have a say in the strategic decision-making such as acquisitions, entry into new markets or growth strategies.
We also assist in those areas where our experience and network can be most effective e.g.

• improving operating funding (MBO/MBI)


• supporting company acquisitions


• generating synergies or customer contacts between portfolio companies


• further developing the company organisation


• spin-offs

In exceptional cases we also support our investment companies in selected areas on a day-to-day basis.
We can invest either as a direct partner or as a silent partner in your company.
